After spending over a decade in the specialty coffee industry, owner David Bilusich dreamed of creating a space where both coffee enthusiasts and newcomers could explore the art of coffee without pretension.
What started as a humble espresso bar on North East Road in 2014 has grown into one of Walkerville's most loved cafes. With a focus on locally roasted specialty coffee, sustainably sourced ingredients and dishes plated to perfection, every visit to Coffee Institute feels like a warm welcome home.
